After three years, our internal STAR conference is back, and the motto remains the same - Colleagues for Colleagues. The conference took place in Science and Technology park in Novi Sad and more than 250 colleagues participated as contributors, hosts, lecturers, and guests. It took eight hours, 20+ lectures, and workshops to make this conference the best one so far.

A couple of years ago, we created the Vega ITs MVP program to inspire other colleagues to enrich their knowledge and step out of their comfort zone by holding various lectures and workshops. Standing ovations for Nikola, Nikolina, Kosta, Lazar, Ana, Bojana, and Nikola. You all managed to make outstanding results during the last year. The knowledge and experience you shared and the dedication you showed are really something to look up to.

On the occasion of celebrating the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we wanted to chat with Anđela, Tara and Teodora, the young girls who received the scholarship, about their dreams and hopes for the future. Let’s see what they have to say about this matter.

Last month, we attended the first employer branding festival in Serbia, for the second year in a row.
