Our onboarding consists of two parallel parts:

General onboarding - An introduction to our culture, values, processes, and ways of doing business.

Role-specific onboarding - Tailored to the concrete tasks and the team you’ll be joining.
What can you expect in your first days?

Welcome and orientation - Getting to know the office, your team, and key information, with the support of the People Experience and Support team.

Account and workstation setup - Our admin teams ensure everything is technically ready and guide you through internal tools and communication channels.

Meeting the marketing team - A short presentation about our brand and marketing approach + a professional profile photo.

“Star Mate” program - An experienced colleague who helps you settle in, meet people, take part in social activities, and experience our culture firsthand.

First-week lunches - The company covers lunch expenses during your first week, giving you the chance to bond with colleagues over good food,is there a better way? 🙂

Reading and discussions about organizational culture - Our Book of Organizational Culture describes everything from our culture to house rules. Through reading and group discussions, you’ll get to know us better and share thoughts with fellow newcomers, the People team, and even our CEO, Saša.

During onboarding, you’ll participate in a range of learning activities, such as:
- Electronic communication workshop - For efficient management of emails, calendars, internal tools, and communication channels.
- Various courses in our Training Center - Covering teamwork, client communication, presentation skills, cybersecurity, AI, and more.

Our Engineering Management team is actively involved in onboarding technical colleagues from designing training and mentoring programs to personalized skill development aligned with projects and team culture.
Continuous support
The People Experience and Support team remains available even after the first days, for any questions, concerns, or suggestions.
