Role Purpose
The Sales Enablement Associate provides structured, hands-on operational support to the
Sales Enablement Team Operations Leader, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across
active pursuits and internal initiatives.
This role helps maintain visibility, and operational discipline across multiple parallel Sales
Enablement projects. The position supports the Sales Enablement team by supporting
structured tracking, follow-ups, communication coordination, system organisation, and
knowledge management.
Reports to Head of Strategic Pursuits and Account Growth (with direct day-to-day support and
dotted line to Sales Enablement Team Operations Leader)
Key responsibilities
1. Day-to-day operational support
- Support the Sales Enablement Team Operations Lead in managing ongoing proposals,
pursuits, and sales initiatives - Monitor shared inboxes and communication threads, helping draft responses and
ensuring timely follow-ups - Track action items, deadlines, and responsibilities across multiple active projects
- Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to collect required inputs and
confirmations - Ensure next steps are clearly defined and communicated after meetings and discussions
- Support proper closure of completed projects, ensuring statuses are updated and
activities finalized
2. Project tracking & workflow discipline
- Maintain and update project management boards (e.g., Trello or similar tools)
- Ensure accurate project statuses, owners, due dates, and stage progression
- Flag delays, missing inputs, or risks early
- Help maintain visibility across the proposal pipeline
- Support preparation of basic status overviews and tracking reports
3. Communication coordination & stakeholder follow-up
- Act as a coordination point between the Proposal team and cross-functional contributors
(Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.) - Follow-up on missing information in a professional and structured manner
- Ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Help prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up actions
- Maintain clear and organized communication across ongoing pursuits
4. Knowledge base & system hygiene
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base, ensuring materials are current,
accessible, and logically structured - Ensure proposal assets, templates, and reusable materials are stored in the correct
locations - Maintain clean and logical organization of shared folders and collaboration tools
- Support formatting and preparation of materials in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
when needed - Ensure completed work is properly archived and marked as closed
5. Continuous improvement mindset
- Contribute ideas that improve clarity, structure, and efficiency as you grow into the role
- Suggest improvements in workflows, templates, or communication practices
- Support implementation of improved processes and operational standards
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow within the sales enablement and proposal
domain
Relevant qualifications & experience
Experience
We are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds. Prior professional experience is
considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
This role is well-suited for individuals who demonstrate strong organisational ability, structured
thinking, and a proactive mindset, whether developed through academic projects, student
initiatives, early career roles, or other structured environments.
Exposure to any of the following areas is considered a plus:
- Project coordination or structured team collaboration
- Administrative or operational support
- Fast-paced settings with multiple parallel deadlines

clarity.

Training and support will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.
