Who can apply:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience and a strong track record in Fintech, Insurtech, Retail, or Medtech.
A technical background or knowledge of software delivery processes will be considered an advantage.
What you'll bring:

Engaging with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements in clear and actionable terms.

Collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment on priorities.

Mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement or automation.

Translating complex business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Managing and refining the product backlog or requirements documentation to ensure consistent business value delivery.

Supporting the development and implementation process by clarifying requirements and resolving uncertainties.

Assisting in UAT, validation, and performance evaluation to confirm that solutions meet business objectives.

Identifying and documenting risks, dependencies, and change impacts.

Providing transparent updates and reports to stakeholders throughout delivery cycles.
Required skills:

3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

Proven experience working with Agile.

Strong understanding of requirements management, process modeling, and business value analysis.

Experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and visualization tools.

Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and usability.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Technical background (experience as a developer or similar).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Experience in change management or continuous improvement initiatives.
