Scaling smarter: Building Trenkwalder’s website for global growth
We built Trenkwalder’s website from scratch to support their expansion and elevate how users connect with their services.

The challenge: Creating a modern, scalable website from scratch
Trenkwalder, a leading HR service provider across Central and Eastern Europe, partnered with us to help them elevate their digital presence.
Their existing website was limited in flexibility, speed, and visual presentation. That is why they wanted to build a new website from the ground up – one that could reflect their brand in a modern, intuitive way while providing a seamless user experience.
The new website needed to be scalable for future expansion, with a structure that would allow other countries in their network to easily onboard and adapt the solution.
For their 2.0 website, the client wanted to focus on the following:
- a fast, fully responsive site built with modern technologies;
- a clean, intuitive interface optimised for conversion;
- a scalable architecture for multi-country rollout;
- enhanced CMS flexibility and control over content;
- new features that would support their HR processes and marketing initiatives.
The solution: A modular platform built to scale
While the original website served as a useful reference, it wasn't reused as a foundation. Instead, we focused on modern frameworks and performance-oriented practices to create a solution that was both impactful and future-proof. The architecture was designed with scalability in mind, enabling easy onboarding of new markets through robust multilingual support and internationalisation.
To support Trenkwalder’s internal teams, we developed custom admin panels that provide access to key statistics and site controls. After the launch, we identified and refined several performance areas, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience across all devices.
Security was another top priority. Namely, we implemented best practices to safeguard the platform and its users.
One standout feature is the CV builder, which allows users to create, manage, and download their CVs directly on the site. Behind the scenes, we adopted a monorepo architecture to improve code reuse and simplify maintenance across future modules and microsites.
We launched the platform first in Germany, using it as a blueprint for additional rollouts. This strategic approach enabled Trenkwalder to scale their digital presence efficiently, without the need to rebuild or significantly adapt the core system for each new market.
The results: Built for users, made to scale
The outcome is a responsive, future-ready platform that reflects Trenkwalder’s role as a leading international HR provider.
Thanks to the enterprise-ready CMS, internal workflows for marketing and content have become significantly more efficient, making day-to-day operations easier to manage. The platform’s modular setup means it’s now well-prepared for regional rollouts, supporting Trenkwalder’s growth across various markets.
Our partnership didn’t end with the initial launch – it evolved. We’ve since joined forces again on another project – we helped them build a chatbot that transforms the job-seeking experience.
We’re looking forward to everything that lies ahead and are excited about what we’ll build together next.

Another bold project, another win with Trenkwalder
Leveraging Salesforce, we introduced a chatbot that transforms the job-seeking experience for their users.
