Who can apply

Experienced Client Success Managers, Account Managers, or Project Managers with at least 2 years of hands-on ownership across client accounts. You should be comfortable managing complex stakeholders, driving commercial outcomes, and proactively shaping account direction. Formal IT education is not required. Backgrounds in business, technology, or related fields are preferred.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong communication skills in English at C1 level and the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset and the ability to identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Experience creating structured account plans and long range client strategies
  • Experience working with software teams and a solid understanding of SDLC, delivery workflows, and how digital products are built
  • Ability to translate client business goals into actionable initiatives for delivery teams
  • Understanding of business models across multiple domains, with a strong advantage for candidates familiar with Insurance, Finance and Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Education
  • Exceptional organizational ownership and the ability to keep cross functional teams aligned on milestones and deliverables
  • Strong relationship building skills with a proven track record of maintaining high retention and satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze client usage, metrics, and feedback to proactively address risks and drive growth
  • Confidence in leading client meetings, producing clear action plans, and holding teams accountable to outcomes
  • Structured thinking, problem solving, and the ability to manage several accounts simultaneously while staying ahead of client expectations
