    Headquartered in the UK, the client is a global consumer goods powerhouse, producing some of the world’s most trusted health, hygiene, and nutrition brands. While their product portfolio gained unprecedented global recognition, particularly during the pandemic, the overarching corporate brand remained less visible.

    To reflect their corporate purpose and mark a journey of digital and cultural transformation, the company decided to completely redevelop its corporate website, treating it as a fresh start to tell the Group’s story and create a stronger narrative.

    The client wanted a platform that stepped far beyond the conventional digital presence of its competitors. The goal was to humanise the brand, highlight their real-world impact (both globally and locally), and showcase innovation without resorting to corporate clichés like generic lab photos or wind turbine imagery.

    To bring this ambitious vision to life, we needed to tackle the project from the ground up, starting with a deep dive into the business requirements and culminating in a complex technical execution.

    We faced several core challenges:

    • Complex information architecture: Navigating a massive sitemap with deep level-two and level-three hierarchies, requiring an intuitive primary navigation system.
    • Strict accessibility mandates: The platform had to achieve rigorous AA accessibility compliance, pre-empting emerging global legal requirements to avoid significant financial penalties.
    • Manageable storytelling: The client required a rich, interactive storytelling experience that remained highly flexible and easy for their internal teams to manage and update.

    Our dedicated team, comprising business analysts, frontend developers, backend developers, and a project manager, took ownership of the entire delivery process.

    1. Discovery and Brand Strategy

    We began with an extensive discovery phase. Through a series of workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user surveys, we gathered the necessary parameters to build a comprehensive framework for the new corporate identity. This empowered the client to dynamically construct diverse pages, ranging from global hero stories and expert commentary to local press releases, ensuring that storytelling was both visually striking and entirely manageable from the backend.

    • Interactive global map: We developed a highly engaging, custom interactive map detailing the client's office locations across the globe, visually representing their worldwide footprint and local community impact.
    • Financial integrations: We successfully integrated a live share price feed directly into the corporate platform, catering specifically to the investor audience.
    • Modern animations: We implemented smooth, modern animations and page-loading interactions to convey innovation and elevate the visual experience above standard industry competitor sites.

Upon completion, the website underwent rigorous, detailed third-party audits.
