Tvoje svakodnevne aktivnosti uključivaće:

  • Vodićeš proces selekcije kandidata kroz struktuirane intervjue bazirane na kompetencijama.
  • Organizovaćeš onboarding za nove kolege i učiniti da se već od prvog dana osećaju dobrodošlo i sigurno.
  • Bićeš kreator/ka team building aktivnosti koje nas povezuju i jačaju našu zajednicu.
  • Uključićeš se u kreiranje i realizaciju studentskih praksi koje otvaraju vrata mladim talentima.
  • Organizovaćeš interne događaje kroz koje delimo znanje i učimo jedni od drugih.
  • Sarađivaćeš sa hiring timovima - ne samo u zapošljavanju, već i u građenju odnosa i podršci timskoj kulturi.
  • Kroz 1-na-1 razgovore, bićeš podrška kolegama u raznim fazama njihove karijere - neko ko ih sluša, razume, ohrabruje i pomaže im da pronađu svoj sledeći korak.
  • Uključićeš se u kreiranje i sprovođenje programa koji promovišu mentalno zdravlje.
  • Bićeš deo tima koji razvija i neguje naše interne inicijative, poput “Vega IT Values You” programa.
  • Pratićeš karijerni razvoj kolega i bićeš uz njih na tom putu.
  • Doprinosićeš jačanju međuljudskih odnosa i timskog duha.
  • Administrativni aspekti HR-a biće deo tvoje svakodnevnice, iako neće predstavljati glavni fokus tvoje uloge.
  • Bilo bi sjajno ako imaš iskustva u facilitaciji radionica za razvoj veština kao što su asertivnost - to vidimo kao dodatnu vrednost koju bi poneo/la u tim.

Ova uloga ti može biti prirodan korak ako:

  • Imaš prethodno iskustvo u HR/People & Culture ulogama (ili si radila/o na sličnim inicijativama).
  • Uživaš u osmišljavanju i realizaciji iskustava za ljude.
  • Znaš da postavljaš pitanja, ali i da zaista čuješ odgovore.
  • Prirodan/na si u radu sa različitim ljudima i znaš kako da im priđeš.
  • Vjeruješ u važnost psihološke bezbednosti, zdravih odnosa i uzajamnog poštovanja.
