Who can apply?

Have a year (or more) of experience? Great! A formal IT degree isn’t required, but it’s a nice bonus - and we’ll prioritize candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT.

What you'll bring:

  • Advanced technical proficiency in:
    SQL - Excellent at writing optimised, complex queries. Understanding of query performance, CTEs, window functions, can work across large relational data sets.
    Python or R
    Proficient in data cleaning, manipulation and visualisation, as well as building reusable scripts to handle these tasks automatically.
    Experience in statistical modelling or ML libraries.
    Power BI or Tableau
    End-to-end dashboard building experience.
    Comfortable with connecting to various data sources, writing M query in Power BI, as well as complex DAX calculations in Power BI, LOD expressions in Tableau.
  • Ability to manage the full analytics lifecycle: scoping, data collection, analysis, reporting, and feedback loops.
  • Experience in performing exploratory analyses, A/B tests, regression analyses.
  • Experience building data models. Ability to design efficient schemas to support self-serve analytics.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and ability to work with data engineers to define requirements.
  • Ability to build validation checks and collaborate with engineering to improve data reliability.
    Experience with RLS in Power BI, Power BI REST API, connecting PoweBI to Power Automate and good understanding of Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and synthesise findings into business impact.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, ADO, Git, Confluence.
  • Bonus: Experience in workflow orchestration tools, forecasting, causal inference.
