About the role: 

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Culture & Experience Specialist to help us build a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment. In this role, you will take ownership of shaping the employee journey by fostering a culture of belonging, recognition, and continuous improvement. Your proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and commitment to creating meaningful experiences will play a key role in helping our people thrive.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging initiatives that bring our company culture to life and make everyday work more meaningful and enjoyable.

  • Organize and lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and cultural events.

  • Actively gather feedback and insights from colleagues to understand their needs, and proactively design initiatives that reflect and support those needs.

  • Ensure that employee experience initiatives are aligned with broader business goals by considering both people’s needs and the company’s strategic priorities.

  • Support internal communications to ensure that our culture and values are reflected in everything we do and say.

  • Collaborate closely with the People, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver a consistent and inspiring employee experience.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusion, well-being, and a strong sense of community.

What We’re Looking For:  

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, internal communications, organizational culture, employee engagement, or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
  • Strong project management and event planning abilities, with a proven track record of organizing successful initiatives.
  • An empathy-driven mindset and a genuine passion for creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Data-informed, curious, and proactive in solving challenges and improving the employee experience.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align initiatives with business priorities.
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level), both written and spoken, is required.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is considered a plus.
