About the role:
We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Culture & Experience Specialist to help us build a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging initiatives that bring our company culture to life and make everyday work more meaningful and enjoyable.

Organize and lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and cultural events.

Actively gather feedback and insights from colleagues to understand their needs, and proactively design initiatives that reflect and support those needs.

Ensure that employee experience initiatives are aligned with broader business goals by considering both people’s needs and the company’s strategic priorities.

Support internal communications to ensure that our culture and values are reflected in everything we do and say.

Collaborate closely with the People, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver a consistent and inspiring employee experience.

Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusion, well-being, and a strong sense of community.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, internal communications, organizational culture, employee engagement, or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
- Strong project management and event planning abilities, with a proven track record of organizing successful initiatives.
- An empathy-driven mindset and a genuine passion for creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Data-informed, curious, and proactive in solving challenges and improving the employee experience.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align initiatives with business priorities.
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level), both written and spoken, is required.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is considered a plus.
