Šta svaki praktikant treba da zna pre nego što dođe u Vega IT? 

Praksa u sklopu fakulteta ili u nekoj kompaniji je jako važan aspekt svakog procesa učenja. Studentima je data mogućnost da se zapravo uključe i učestvuju u stvarnim projektima što im vremenom omogućava da steknu iskustvo koje inače ne bi mogli da steknu na fakultetu.

Kompanije koje nude takve programe imaju standarde i određena očekivanja od studenata koji se odluče za praksu. Vega IT, kao jedna od takvih kompanija, ima stroge standarde po pitanju programiranja kojih se svaki zaposleni pridržava i o kojima će svaki student da uči tokom prakse.

Osnovno područje kompanije Vega IT je .NET platforma i sve što se gradi na njoj. Sledi kompletna lista stvari koje Vega IT očekuje od svakog studenta koji se prijavi za praksu:

  • Odlično poznavanje “objektno - orijentisanog” programiranja i osnovnih koncepta kao što su abstrakcija, enkapsulacija, nasledstvo i polimorfizam.  
  • Osnovno poznavanje toga kako funkcioniše mreža (pretraživač, veb server, DNS, itd.). Samo koncepti, detalji nisu neophodni. 
  • Dobro poznavanje ASP.NET (Core) kostura.
  • Kontrola izvora kao što su TFS, SVN ili Git.
  • Mi razvijamo aplikacije u C# i očekujemo od tebe da poseduješ dobro znanje:
    • Modifikatora pristupa (access modifiers)
    • Operatera (Operators)
    • Klasa (Classes)
    • Interfejsa (Interfaces)
    • Kolekcija (Collections)
    • Generičke klase (Generics)
  • Mi koristimo React na strani klijenta, obzirom da je to jedna od najpopularnijih JavaScript biblioteka, a očekujemo da i ti imaš dobro poznavanje te biblioteke.
  • Osnove HTML, CSS, XML i JSON.
  • Visual Studio aplikaciju. 
  • Relacione baze podataka i UML.
  • Osnovno poznavanje SQL - a. Pisanje upita (queries) za biranje, ažuriranje, brisanje i umetanje, operacije sa relacionim bazama podataka. 
  • Poznavanje Engleskog jezika, pisanje i govor.

Otvorenost za nove ideje i veštine u komunikaciji sa ljudima (soft skills) su veliki plus.

Some of her favorite processes include the selection and onboarding of new colleagues. Her teammates find it delightful to listen to her conduct interviews. She believes that is because of her dedication to each candidate and through a shared discussion she encourages candidates to derive value from the interview themselves.
